So… I forgot beets stain, like EVERYTHING. So now my cauliflower is all, like, ahhh, I’m pink and blotchy.
But it’s okay cause I’m gonna eat it all up anyway. It may not be pretty, but I’m gonna be happy eating it!
braised potatoes and ginger pork, rice with corn, beets and cauliflower, plus some fancy snobby lemon herb mayo to go with whatever I please, since I don’t even know what a diet is.
my homemade dosirak lunch!
Check THAT out. Looks fantastic!

Chicken & Three-color Pepper Stirfry Bento
Soft Boiled egg, nori, lettuce, black pepper cheddar, cucumber, greek dressing.
Seasoned veggie rice, zucchini patty, curry ketchup.
Good food year.
Lettering with the Pentel Pocket Brush Pen.
This is the first bento lunch of the spring semester. Tuna, cucumber, and avocado sushi in the bottom tier and sautéed spinach, pickled ginger, cherry tomatoes, and carrots in the top tier. I tried to use as many colors as I could find in my fridge to make an appetizing lunch to help kick off the new semester. The beginning of my last semester, to be exact. I’ll have to make it a good one, eh?
Friday’s bento, lunch box.
- Hui Guo Rou, not as spicy as Sichuan food ;)
- Spinach and pastrami
*if one finds boiled egg strange colour it is because I put curry salt back side of the egg. :p
