Cold noodle. But not ice cold becuase it is winter ;) Summer time you can put cold sauce and ice cube on it. I call it Reimen instead of Hiyashi chuuka because I am from west Japan.
I assume the cold noodles are underneath everything else? Looks delicious.
My bento is quite shocking today, in honor of National Static Electricity Day. Marinated chicken thighs over arugula with pomegranate arils, blackberries, broccoli, carrots, cucumber, and ELECTRIFYING couscous. Read more on my blog.

Just got done buying a gift
Well, I ordered a nice Bento box set for my husband.
It’s going to be his valentines day gift.
I also got a bunch of molds and and cookie cutters to make adorable lunches for him.
I think he is going to like it.
I feel that I have to add that 2 of the molds are for boiled eggs and they make them look like rabbits and bears.
I feel like the best wife ever.
